FUNCTIONS AND ATTRIBUTES
MID LASER has four control buttons that are used to control the laser energy that is delivered when treating superficial to deep-lying problems (e.g. skin/sores, tendons or joints and muscles). A signal indicates when it is time to move the laser handset to a new treatment point. These control buttons were designed to simplify the treatment of various problems regardless of which laser or handset that is used. There are also control buttons to regulate output power, frequency, number of joules used and time in seconds, for each treatment point.
BUILT-IN OUTPUT INDICATOR
The laser’s output power can be measured to verify that it is working as intended. The measured parameters are shown on a display.
DOUBLE DISPLAYS AND CONTROL PANELS
Laser settings can be set individually for each connected laser handset. Using both displays simplifies record keeping, including type of laser, wavelength, output power, time, and number of joules.
JOULE SETTING
Number of joules (laser energy) delivered between each audio signal is adjustable, which provides the operator with more flexibility during treatment.
AUTOMATIC LASER STOP
Every ten minutes the laser light stops automatically and an audio signal is emitted.
DOUBLE LASER SOCKETS
The handsets can be used simultaneously to shorten the treatment time, or to treat with greater flexibility. The handsets don’t have to be the same type.
TIME SETTING
The time control can be set for minutes and/or seconds between each signal, allowing the operator to set the appropriate dose for each treatment.
ADJUSTABLE OUTPUT EFFECTS
The output power of the laser diodes can be tuned. This applies to all models except 904 where time has to be regulated instead. This function works well for someone who wants to regulate output power or dosage for a certain type of treatment.
FLEXIBLE AND INTER-CHANGEABLE
MID-LASER is a scalable device, which means that additional laser handsets can be added at a later time if financial circumstances don’t allow purchase of a full set of handsets from the beginning.
